Log it fast

Tap where it hurts

Pick a pain level, tap the spot on a simple head map, then add symptoms, aura, triggers and what you took. Still going? Leave it running and end it when it's over.

During an attack

Ride out the attack

While an episode runs, Easing goes dark and quiet. Big buttons for meds, severity and a note. End it with one tap and Easing records how long it lasted.

See your patterns

Track your triggers

After five episodes, Easing lines your logs up with pressure changes, sleep, humidity and your cycle. It shows the days and times they tend to cluster, and the triggers you tag most.

The Triggers screen with sample data, ranking this month's tagged triggers: disrupted sleep, too little sleep, pressure drop, skipped meal, bright light and cycle.
Sample data: the top tagged trigger, Disrupted sleep, logged on 4 of 12 episodes.
