Terms of Use

Effective date: October 25, 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Easing ("the app") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which these terms add to. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Not medical advice

Easing is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Patterns, outlooks, insights and reports are estimates based on what you log. They can be wrong. Don't use them to decide on treatment or to delay seeing a professional.

If you have a sudden, severe or unusual headache, a headache after a head injury, or a headache with weakness, confusion, trouble speaking, vision loss, fever or a stiff neck, call your local emergency number now.

Always talk to your doctor about your symptoms and care.

3. No account

Easing doesn't need an account. Your data is stored on your iPhone and, if you're signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Free features and Easing Pro

Logging, the calendar, insights and a basic PDF report are free. Easing Pro adds the detailed doctor report, pattern alerts and the daily outlook. iCloud sync is free and not part of Pro.

After your fifth logged episode, Easing may unlock Pro for 7 days at no cost. It is not a subscription, needs no payment details and does not turn into a paid plan.

Easing Pro is available as:

For subscriptions:

5. Your data

What you log is yours. We claim no rights to it and can't see it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the app, use it unlawfully or interfere with how it works.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free, that sync will always work or that any pattern or outlook is accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the app, including decisions made based on its patterns, outlooks or reports. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

9. Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything on your iPhone. Synced iCloud data can be removed in iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Easing.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
